Now I’m Cooking Paleo Dishes like a Pro!

I love how this book starts by defining what Paleo Diet is and laying out its concept, goals, and core principles. It outlines numerous benefits like reduced body fat, increased muscle mass, improved digestion, reduced cholesterol levels, and more. There’s also a host of delicious Paleo recipes, from breakfast to dinner, and even in-between snacks. My personal favorite is Paleo Egg and Mushroom Breakfast (bacon, eggs, and mushrooms). It was delicious! I also tried the Spicy Tuna Salad, which is perfect for a quick lunch. The recipes are easy, making me feel like a pro at cooking Paleo recipes. This book has made me more confident in preparing healthy meals for my family.

It's indeed the ULTIMATE paleo recipe book!

If you are following the Paleo Diet, then this book is best for you. I recently planned to lose some weight and I learned about the Paleo Diet. I had problems at first on what to eat and how to cook food that i should eat. Good thing I found this book and it really answered my problems. I found lots of Paleo recipes from breakfast, to soups and even green leafy vegetables.

I guess there are no serving size recommendations so wow, just go ahead and make a recipe and eat the whole thing. That's kind of a big thing to overlook putting in a cookbook of recipes, isn't it?
